A Very HAPPY Day.... {Graduation!!}

So last Friday was an awesome day! We started out with breakfast at IHOP with Clyde, Ti'ata, and Grandma Cherry {Justin's parents and grandma}. Then we went over to the BYU sign to take pictures of the long awaited day!

I don't know if you can tell in the picture, but Justin bought Korbyn a really cute BYU outfit, he looks so adorable in it! Here is another pic that might show it better!

I LOVE this picture! I was trying to get him to smile, but he likes to smile really big and right when the camera goes off he stops! It's pretty funny! So this is as close to a smile as we are going to get for a while! And look at the chubby cheeks! Don't you just want to squeeze them?? {I am talking about Korbyn, not Justin!!}

It was so sunny, so these pics aren't the best, but here we are!!!
After taking pics it was time for the ceramony. So we headed over to the Marriot center. It was an amazing feeling to know that it was FINALLY over!!
Well until he decides to go back to school to get his MBA!!
Congratulations sweetie! You are AMAZING and we are so proud of you! ;)

My Little Sis!

So last week we went to see my little sister, Melody, in Salt Lake. She is currently serving an LDS mission at Temple Square. It was a bitter sweet time with her because since we are moving in a week and a half, we will not be able to see her like we have been able to lately, but she absolutely LOVES it there, and we know that is where she is supposed to be. Even if you have lived in Utah your whole life, I definitely recommend everyone going and taking a tour. There is so much new stuff that we have seen up there since she has been serving. It is awesome!
She loved seeing Korbyn, she hasn't been able to hold a baby in SO long!

It was such a blast to see her! We LOVE you Mel!!!

Memories...

Okay, I'm finally doing it. Although - remember as you post memories, my FAMILY reads this! ;)

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments. EVERYBODY PLAY! I want to see what memories are out there!

I just couldn't resist taking lots of pictures, they are too cute!!

And I guess this is what happens when you play hard with Daddy, it's exhausting!

Our Sweet Boy!

I really wanted to post these pictures of Korbyn because he is growing SO fast!
He was just one week old when I took these and he barely fits in that outfit anymore! He looks so tiny in his car seat too! Tomorrow he will be 6 weeks old. It has gone by SO SO fast. I think that I take pictures everyday because I am worried that I am going to miss something! I'm a little crazy, I know! But soon, he will be so big you won't even recognize him anymore!

I also LOVE these pics of his bath times! These are actually two different pics of two different times I bathed him, and if you look close, he isn't going to fit in the little bath bed for long. I was noticing last time that his feet are sort of getting smashed to the bottom because he is getting so big! The first bath picture was taken on June 11th and the second one was taken on July 5th....
don't worry I did bathe him in between those two dates!!! Can you see his ever-growing double chin?? HEHE

I absolutely love this picture of Korbyn when he was just a few days old. Simply because I just adored when he was brand new he always kept his hands around his face, so I made sure to take lots of pictures of that because it is so CUTE! I think the little mittens are cute too and they of course helped him not scratch himself!

We sure do love having our little man around, he is definitely the new joy of our lives!

The Blessing

This was such a great day. Korbyn was blessed by Justin on Sunday, which coincidentally was also father's day! We had a lot of family and friends there, which we appreciate so much. My mom found the cutest little blessing tux down at the Manti pageant last Friday. It was perfect! I think he looked so adorable, and Justin thinks he looked pimp, hehe! Justin did such a good job giving his first Father's blessing too, it was awesome to hear him bless Korbyn, he is such a great dad! Korbyn has no idea how lucky he is yet to have such a great person and example as his daddy, but he will soon find out! Here are some pics of Korbyn in his sweet tux...

So after the blessing we went back to our place to have a luncheon with all the family. It was so fun, and all the cousins wanted a turn holding Korbyn :) So cute...

The Photo Shoot

Here are the adorable pics we had taken last week...
My friend Jen has an awesome photography biz, and it was so fun taking these pictures. In case your not familiar with babies, if you get them naked, they pee... and worse they might even poo! So while we were getting Korbyn posed for the pictures he peed about 5 times, and then Jen pulled out the white fur background and what did the little guy do? He poohed all over it! It was pretty funny, but I felt so bad! At least it was all worth it because the pictures turned out so cute!!! Here are a few

Korbyn

Here is the newest addition to the Sorensen Family! He was 6lbs 14 oz and 19 inches long! Thank goodness for me he was on the small side! Isn't he adorable? This is when he was just 3 days old...

He is so much fun to have around! And I am soo glad I am not prego anymore!

Europe 2008

For Christmas we went to Europe to visit Justin's sister and family in Germany. We went to Germany, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands. While enjoying our great vacation we went to the Hague, Netherlands and Frankfurt, Germany Temples. We enjoyed the extravagant New Year in Germany with very large amounts of fireworks.
